It will. Sooner or later.
Recently I read a Japanese government publication that indicates possibilities of catastrophic earthquakes hitting different parts of Japan. It was not pretty for people who live in Shizuoka, Aichi, Mie, and its vicinity.
To begin with, let me give you an example.
The possibility of a catastrophic earthquake (M7) hitting the Tokyo Metropolitan area in the next 30 years would be…
70%.
Here is the deal for the Tokai area.
The possibility of a catastrophic earthquake (M8 class) hitting the Tokai area in the next 30 years would be…
Can Happen Anytime.
How are we to respond to this sobering news?
By preparing for it. Let’s not count too much on government aid. Instead, let us defend/protect ourselves and do what you can with a worst situation in mind.
That includes getting water, food, bathroom supplies, etc. Don’t forget to fix furniture (closet, TV, etc.) onto the wall.
